This Refund Policy applies to purchases made on the PureOrigin online store operated by Trime s.r.o.
Returns
As our products are food products, returns are subject to specific conditions in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
However, this right does not apply to products that have been opened or whose original packaging has been broken, as these goods cannot be returned for hygiene and food safety reasons.
To be eligible for a return:
- the product must be unused
- the product must be unopened
- the product must be in its original packaging
- the return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to damaged goods or an incorrect product being delivered.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds are typically processed within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include your order number and photos of the product and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Non-returnable items
- opened food products
- products with broken safety seals
- products damaged due to improper storage
