I. General provisions

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms of Service”) are issued pursuant to Section 1751 et seq. of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code (hereinafter referred to as the “Civil Code”).

(hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”)

These Terms of Service govern the mutual rights and obligations of the Seller and a natural person who enters into a purchase contract outside his/her business activity as a consumer or within his/her business activity (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) through the web interface located on the website available at:

https://pureorigin.eu

(hereinafter referred to as the “Online Shop”).

The provisions of the Terms of Service form an integral part of the purchase contract. Any provisions deviating in the purchase contract shall prevail over these Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service and the Purchase Contract are concluded in the English language.


II. Information on goods and prices

Information about the goods, including their prices and main characteristics, is provided in the catalogue of the online shop.

Prices of goods are inclusive of value added tax (VAT). Prices remain valid for the period during which they are displayed in the online shop.

This provision does not exclude the possibility of negotiating a purchase contract under individually agreed conditions.

All presentation of goods placed in the catalogue of the online shop is informative and the Seller is not obliged to conclude a purchase contract regarding these goods.

Information on packaging and delivery costs is published in the online shop.

The information on delivery costs applies primarily to deliveries within the European Union.

For deliveries outside the European Union, the Buyer is responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or other import charges required by the destination country. These costs are not included in the order price or shipping fees.

Discounts on goods cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise by the Seller.


III. Order and conclusion of the purchase contract

The Buyer orders goods in the following ways:

  • through a customer account after registration in the online shop

  • by filling out the order form without registration

When placing an order, the Buyer selects:

  • goods

  • quantity

  • payment method

  • delivery method

Before submitting the order, the Buyer is allowed to review and modify the entered data.

The order is submitted by clicking the “Pay now” button.

The information stated in the order is considered correct by the Seller.

Immediately after receiving the order, the Seller sends confirmation of receipt of the order to the Buyer's email address.

This confirmation constitutes the conclusion of the purchase contract.

The Seller reserves the right not to confirm the order or part of it if it is unable to deliver the goods.

If an obvious technical error occurs in the price or availability of goods displayed in the online shop, the Seller is not obliged to deliver such goods.


IV. Customer account

Upon registration in the online shop, the Buyer gains access to their customer account.

From the customer account, the Buyer can:

  • place orders

  • manage orders

  • manage subscriptions

  • request returns or complaints

The Buyer is obliged to provide accurate and truthful information.

Access to the customer account is protected by a username and password.

The Buyer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.


V. Payment terms and delivery of goods

The Buyer may pay for goods using the following methods:

  • debit or credit card

  • Shop Pay

  • Apple Pay

The purchase price includes the price of goods and delivery costs unless stated otherwise.

Goods are delivered:

  • by GLS (CO₂ Neutral)

  • by UPS

  • via GLS PickUp Points

Delivery costs depend on the chosen shipping method.

The Buyer is obliged to inspect the package upon delivery.

Ownership of the goods transfers to the Buyer upon full payment and delivery.


VI. Subscription

The Buyer may choose to receive products on a recurring basis by selecting the “Subscription” option when ordering.

Subscription benefits may include a price advantage compared to one-time purchases.

The Buyer may select the delivery frequency:

  • monthly

  • every two months

  • every three months

  • every four months

The Buyer can modify or cancel the subscription at any time via the customer account.

Cancellation must be made at least one working day before the next scheduled order date.


VII. Withdrawal from the contract

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period begins:

  • on the day the goods are received

  • on the day the last part of the delivery is received (for multiple shipments)

The Buyer must return the goods within 14 days after withdrawal.

The Buyer bears the cost of returning goods unless otherwise agreed.

The Seller refunds payments within 14 days after withdrawal, using the same payment method.


VIII. Rights from defective performance

The Seller guarantees that goods are free from defects upon delivery.

The Buyer may claim:

  • replacement

  • repair

  • reasonable discount

  • withdrawal from the contract

Consumer rights related to defective goods apply for 24 months from delivery, unless stated otherwise.


IX. Delivery of correspondence

Correspondence between the Buyer and Seller may be delivered via email.

The Seller communicates using the email provided in the order or customer account.


X. Out-of-court dispute resolution

The Czech Trade Inspection Authority is responsible for out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes:

remain valid and apply to purchases made in the online shop.


XIV. Final provisions

All agreements between the Seller and Buyer are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

If the contractual relationship contains an international element, the parties agree that Czech law applies.

The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service.
